The service
Pixel Crystal Studio is operated by Pixel and Beam Creations. It prepares customer artwork, estimates depth from an image, and creates point-cloud PLY/GLB files and optional 2.5D relief meshes. By using the service or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy and the data handling described in our Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Accounts and security
Access requests are reviewed by an administrator. An administrator creates your login and temporary password; change that password when first signing in. Provide accurate contact information, protect your credentials and use your own authorised account. We recommend enabling two-step verification and keeping recovery codes privately. Report suspected unauthorised account access to crystal@pixelandbeam.ca.
Your artwork and permission
You retain your rights in the images and artwork you provide. You must have permission to process the artwork and the personal information or likenesses it contains. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe another person's rights, attack the service, attempt to access another account or interfere with billing. You authorise the processing and temporary storage reasonably needed to provide the functions you choose and any support you request. Uploaded artwork is not used by this studio to train AI models or advertised as our own work.
Credits, prices and delivery
Credit prices, plan amounts, validity and generation costs appear in your account before purchase or generation. Administrators may update future prices and plans; existing purchases keep their recorded credit amount and expiry. Credits are used for a successfully created downloadable generation, according to the current server price. Previewing and re-downloading an existing available generation do not create a new generation charge. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe; confirmation may be required before credits appear.
Save your files
Saved server projects and generated PLY/GLB files expire 24 hours after creation. Access is blocked at expiry and automatic maintenance removes expired live copies. Download and keep your own copies before expiry; files you already downloaded are not remotely deleted or changed. Account, billing, credit, referral, notification and security records follow the separate retention explained in our Privacy Policy.
AI estimates and engraving
A single image provides an estimated front-facing 2.5D relief, not a measurement of true hidden anatomy or a complete scan. Source resolution, background separation, depth estimation and preparation affect digital detail. Crystal type, focus, orientation, physical size, laser settings and lighting also affect the actual engraving. The preview is not a guarantee of physical brightness or a particular daylight result. Inspect the transparent cutout, front and side views, verify units and dimensions in xTool, and test a suitable material sample before customer production. The website does not operate your laser.
Ownership and availability
Pixel Crystal Studio™ and its original studio interface and software belong to Pixel and Beam Creations or the relevant licensors. This does not transfer ownership of your artwork to us. Third-party software and model licences remain applicable. Browser-visible interfaces can be inspected; ownership rights are separate from the technical ability to view code. We may maintain, update or suspend access for security, misuse or operational reasons. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and support
We will identify policy updates with a revised effective date. Changes to future use do not retroactively alter the recorded terms of an existing credit purchase or override mandatory rights.
