Credit purchases are non-refundable
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This includes unused, partly used and expired credits. Credits have no cash redemption value. A change of mind, an unused account or dissatisfaction with a physical engraving does not by itself qualify a purchase for a refund.
Review before purchasing
Each plan shows its price, credit amount and validity before checkout. Purchases are one-time payments, with no automatic renewal. Each purchase has its own expiry; purchasing again does not extend earlier credits. A pack only has no expiry when expressly labelled that way. Review the current generation price and preview your artwork before using credits.
Technical problems and billing corrections
For technical support, contact crystal@pixelandbeam.ca with your account email, generation reference and a description of the problem. Do not email your password, authenticator setup key or recovery codes. A rejected or uncompleted generation should not create a new charge. If a server generation completed but your download was interrupted, use its existing download entry within 24 hours to avoid another generation charge. We can investigate duplicate charges, missing credits or a confirmed processing error and correct the account where appropriate. A credit correction is not a cash refund.
Your legal rights
This policy does not exclude cancellation, refund, warranty, charge-dispute or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a refund is legally required, it will be handled in accordance with those requirements. Contact crystal@pixelandbeam.ca to raise a billing concern.
